Download the Three app

Downloading the Three app is the best way to take control of your broadband and manage your account. The Three app will help you find the best position for your 5G hub with the real-time strength indicator, personalise your Wi-Fi, and easily share access with family and friends.
Please note: 5G hubs are only supported on the Three app at the moment. If you have a 4G hub, you might not be able to set it up using the Three app. Please see your 4G hub's manual or leaflet you should have received with your 4G hub, to see which app your 4G hub supports.
Download the app on iOS:
1.From the home screen, tap App Store.
2.Tap the Search tab.
3.Tap the search bar.
4.Search 'Three' using the keyboard, then tap the search button.
5.Tap the app from the search results.
6.Tap Get to install the app.
7.Tap Install. Enter your Apple ID password if prompted.
8.Once the app has finished installing, tap Open.

Download the app on Android:
1.From the home screen, tap Play Store.
2.Tap the search bar.
3.Search for 'Three' using the keyboard, then tap the search button.
4.Tap the app from the search results.
5.Tap Install. The app will start to download and install on your device.
6.Once the app has finished installing, tap Open.
