Activate and install an eSIM online

1.On a separate device to the one you wish to install your eSIM on, login to www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile with your username and password.
2.Select the SIM you wish to activate and select Activate SIM.
3.Decide whether to transfer your current phone number to this eSim or receive a new phone number. Select the appropriate option.
4.Set Spend Cap or choose to set one later.
5.Select Activate my SIM.
6.Your eSIM is now activated and you will be presented with your QR code. You will need this to complete installation. Check your email for your confirmation code. Have this available, along with the QR code, to install your eSIM.
7.Have the device you would like to install your eSIM on turned on and follow the manufacture's guidelines to install your eSIM.
8.When instructed, scan the QR code with the device you wish to install your eSIM on. Alternatively, you can enter the code manually with the keypad.
9.On the device you have activated the eSim on, follow the setup steps which will include the confirmation code, this email will be sent to the address associated with your My Sky Account.
10.You will then be asked to provide the confirmation code emailed to you. This step cannot be skipped.
11.To complete the process, follow the guidance on screen which will be specific to your device manufacturer.
