Enable or disable Wi-Fi calling
To use Wi-Fi calling, your device will need to be on the latest software version. If you're unsure on how to do this, please see here. Please ensure your device is supported by Three's Wi-Fi calling and up to date before following the steps below. If your device is supported but you didn't buy your device from Three, it may not be compatible with Three's Wi-Fi calling. | |
| 1. | From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. |
| 2. | Tap Phone. |
| 3. | Tap menu, indicated by the three dots at the top right of the screen. |
| 4. | Tap Settings. |
| 5. | Tap Wi-Fi Calling to enable or disable Wi-Fi calling. | Please note: if your phone lacks the necessary requirements for Wi-Fi calling as listed above, the option may not appear at all in your settings menu. |
