Network Unlock Procedure

1.With your new SIM card inserted, turn on your device.
2.You'll be prompted to enter a network unlock code (NCK) or a service provider unlock code (SPCK).
3.Tap the text entry input box.
4.Enter the code you've received and tap Unlock.

If you are not prompted to enter a network code (NCK or SPCK) with your new SIM card inserted you will need to locate the 3 digits in your model number.


To find your model number:

1.From the home screen tap apps.
2.Tap Settings.
3.Tap About phone.
4.Tap Hardware info.
5.Under Model number, note down the 3 digits. For example: If your model number is LG-H440n then your 3 digits would be 440.

You'll now need to access the unlock menu on your device using your 3 digit model number.


To access the unlock menu on your device:

1.With your new SIM card inserted, turn on your device.
2.Tap Phone.
3.On the dial screen type: 2945#*3 digit code#. For example: If your 3 digit number is 440 the code you type in would be 2945#*440#.
4.You should now see a SIM process unlock screen detailing what locks can be applied to your device.

If you need to remove the network lock (NCK):

1.On the SIM process unlock screen tap Network lock.
2.Tap the text entry input box and enter the unlock code (NCK code). (Note: If you receive a message saying "Your phone is not personalised", your device is not locked by the NCK.)
3.Tap Unlock.

If you need to remove the service provider lock (SPCK):

1.On the SIM process unlock screen tap Service provider lock.
2.Tap the text entry input box and enter the unlock code (SPCK code). (N.B.If you receive a message saying "Your phone is not personalised", your device is not locked by the SPCK.)
3.Tap Unlock.
