Network Unlock Procedure

Before you begin, ensure you have your unlock code ready, remove the SIM and switch the Mobile Wi-Fi on. Please ensure that you have an active connection to your device.

1.	If your internet browser does not open automatically when connected, open a new browser window. This will take you to a page that tells you that you have no SIM inserted.

2.	Enter the address: http://3.home/html/simlockrequired.html

You should enter the http:// as part of the address, the browser you are using may require this.

3.	Enter the SIMLOCK code in the box provided.

4.	The Mobile Wi-Fi should now be unlocked.

If you do not see a box to enter your unlock code, or you are redirected to the Mobile Wi-Fi homepage, your mobile Wi-Fi may already be unlocked.

To use this modem on another network, you may need to create a new APN (Access Point Network) before it will connect.

To do this, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and then click on Settings and Profile Management. From here you can create a new APN. For more information on what you need to enter here, you should contact your new Network Operator.
