Perform a factory reset

Warning: Factory reset will permanently delete all your data and personalised settings, and will remove any applications you've downloaded and installed. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset. For more information please see Backing up data to the memory card.

You may also lose any messages you have on the phone, all contacts if these have not been backed up to the SIM or Google account and Apps that you have downloaded from the Play Store. All paid apps can be downloaded again using the relevant Google Account information.
1.From the home screen swipe from the bottom.
2.Tap Settings.
3.Tap System.
4.Tap Reset options.
5.Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
6.Tap Reset phone.
7.Tap Erase everything.
