Network Unlock Procedure
N.B. Your device will become permanently locked if you enter an incorrect code more than 10 times. Your device will not show you the amount of attempts remaining. | |
| 1. | With your new SIM card inserted, turn on your device. |
| 2. | You'll be prompted to enter a network unlock code (NCK) or a service provider unlock code (SPCK). |
| 3. | Tap the text entry input box. |
| 4. | Enter the code you've received and tap Unlock. |
If you're not asked to enter an unlock code when turning on your device: From the dialling screen, enter #073887* to prompt the device to ask for an unlock code. |
