To use Wi-Fi calling, your device will need to be on the latest software version. If you're unsure on how to do this, please see here. Please ensure your device is supported by Three's Wi-Fi calling and up to date before following the steps below. If your device is supported but you didn't buy your device from Three, it may not be compatible with Three's Wi-Fi calling.

From the home screen, tap the phone icon.

Tap menu.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap Calls.
5.
Tap Wi-Fi calling.
6.
Tap the switch to enable or disable Wi-Fi calling.
